It was a stunningly beautiful and nice hotel in a fairly nice area, so close to the main touristic attractions, walking distance to the ferry to get to Isla Mujeres, and the Isla Mujeres ferry. The service was exceptional and the staff were eager to help. Got complimentary concierge service, that was nice of them.

I recently stayed at Casa Maya in Cancun for a week and it was amazing. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. The cleaning and grounds staff did a great job, keeping the beach well groomed. The hotel had everything I needed, with a convenient store on the premises, a large pool, and spacious rooms with incredible ocean and lagoon views. Ignacio at the front desk was especially stellar. No local vendors on the beach, great food, and amazing service. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic time at this beachfront hotel! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel was impeccably clean. They even cleaned the pool and beach daily, ensuring a pleasant experience for us. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we were able to request a nice view upon arrival. It's great that they prioritize safety too - when my daughter got hurt, they immediately sent emergency services to our room at no extra cost. We also appreciated the extra activities for the kids, which were included in our stay. this hotel offers a beautiful beach, clean facilities, and great service.

The breakfast was varied, lots of appetising food. The room was fabulous with coffee machine, a beautiful view and balcony and the overall experience in service for a long time was really great. Location: the hotel was right by the beach, and downtown. And it's relatively close to Caminos, ate there once or twice.
